Bio
Bernard A. Speiser is the associate attorney here at Auricchio Law Offices. He focuses on residential and commercial real estate, and also handles litigation related matters. He is passionate about working hard and helping each client who walks through our doors. With a good understanding of the importance of getting real estate transactions right, he is building his career on all aspects of real estate law.
While in law school, he received the CALI Award for highest grade in Estates and Trusts. Bernard gained valuable experience in John Marshall’s Business Transactions Externship Program, a legal clinic that offers pro bono legal services to small business owners and charitable organizations in the community. While serving in the Clinic, he helped form a 501(c)(3) charity organization, mediated an inter-family business dispute in Spanish, and organized an S corporation start-up. Bernard is also fluent in Spanish.
